Both my husband and I went in for new glasses and sunglasses...from the first moment, we were greeted and helped with our insurance company. Karen suggested frames that were somewhat out of my box, and I love them. When we left yesterday, I told them I was just going to stop in and visit. Highly recommend.

I went to guilderland store, the clerk's are rude not only to customers but with each other. I'm setting watching Ashley but rude to a male coworker. they give me the wrong prescription and glasses and not willing to change them. the service is terrible. only the doctor seem to know what is going on

I love this place!! Great place to bring kids. The staff are super pleasant and friendly; They are prompt and minimal waiting time.
The staff here is wonderful. Peter and Karen were so helpful in helping my 6y/o pick out glasses, and really took the time to help her find the best glasses for her.
Peter, Leanne, Chris, and Dr Espinola were especially kind and helpful, making my experience fast and pleasant. There was no wait when I arrived for my appointment, and they took care of me, making sure that I received the best deal.
