RecommendedRecently I returned to the Columbia store because I was not happy with my glasses bought a couple of months ago. Between Alexis and Mike, I had their full attention and support. My new glasses were done in less than 2 weeks. When I went back to pick them up, there were several people in the store but my needs were met almost immediately. Two years ago, I would not have written any review. Keep up with the friendly, responsive and caring employees, you'll be on top. Thank you Alexis and Mike!

the woman that works there could not be no much ruder than when I went in because my glasses has broke and that's all I need to be able to see after the pharmacist tried the entire store they finally found me a pair as I put them on they f***** up I pulled my mask straight out not below my nose not below my mouth just to make sure I could see him and she came over and yelled at me and then said we can give you a mirror and you can go outside and look in it to see if they fit you well f*** her cuz she's a b****
Since retiring & a change of vision insurance, I went to Visionworks for glasses. Hayley B was VERY honest & helpful. Can’t wait for some new sunglasses! I wanted to keep my regular glasses frames & Hayley didn’t really think I needed new lens since my prescription remained the same. Thank you Visionworks & Hayley!

This Place Is The worst Place ever. I’ve been scheduled 3 times Since November, we are currently in February 2 we’re due to staffing issues (which is completely out of my hands) and one due to weather which I Understand safety first ! I’ve been trying to book since November and days I were scheduled I either used a day off (for nothing) or had it planned aside. my benefits run out feb 28th meaning I have about 7 days that I can use my insurance deals! Very unhappy with service on the phone. Answering machine for over 3 hours. Never did get my answers I needed I just went somewhere else
Well fast getting u in but takes a long time to get get glasses same day ,,they told us 130 Qi Des up being 240
Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Calls children “it”. Sends 4 emails but none of them say children aren’t allowed, let alone a sleeping one. I would not recommend you spend your money here if you have small children.
I like the optometrist and most of the staff is nice. I went in to pick up my glasses and Ashley waited on me. I, of course, had my mask on. When I put my glasses on I wanted to remove the straps behind my ears and hold the mask over my nose and mouth while trying on the glasses for fit. She threw a hissy fit. I had no intention of removing my mask. I asked if there is a private room I could go in to see how they fit. She said no but suggested I go into the bathroom at a different store.
