This is 2021 WHY on earth can we not get an actual person on the phone ?!?!? No your automated robot can't answer my questions. There is no option other than holding in which no live employee answers the phone. Now we have to drive 30 mins to the store to resolve something that should be easily taken care of over the phone. Super annoyed!

I waited 3 hours and once I had my examination they said my insurance wouldn’t cover the visit I was wondering why did they call me the day before my visit to run my insurance and now I’m not covered I paid $500 for lenses and an examination that not including frames I bought in my frames I’m upset they wouldn’t tell me this before I waited 3 hours and before the examination Most unprofessional office ever
When I tried to call to confirm an appointment time, I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and finally gave up.

My daughter had trouble getting her trial contacts out ( first time wearing them ) ... so I bought her back to Visionworks around 7pm tonight and I will like to say a special thank you to Jennifer and Annette for helping my daughter and being so great and very helpful .
Jennifer was excellent and made my daughter feel confident about her decision.
Always so helpful, reasonable prices.
I have been to other visionworks but the Troy location has the best staff. The opticians are always helpful and friendly.
Everyone was very professional and helpful.
