I called vision works today and was able to get an urgent appointment all thanks to Jessica! She was very professional, personable, and kind. The store was orderly in prevention of the pandemic. My husband and I plan on making future appointments at this location because of the wonderful experience we had today! I highly recommended this location to everyone!
I had a pleasant experience but they didn’t give me my prescription in the envelope they gave me when I left. I called and asked if they could email it to me. My only options were snail mail or to come pick it up at the store. I’m super bummed that they couldn’t email it.

My husband and I had some 'diffuculty' with the Dr. at the Irondequoit location and the location here on Monroe Avenue jumped right in and solved the issue in just minutes! We had never been to the Monroe Avenue location and now we will not go back to Irondequoit. The staff on Monroe Avenue rocked the experience! They are polite, friendly, professional, fun, and... Extremely friendly workers. Made sure that I was finding my frames alright. When I did have a question about my insurance, she knew exactly what I needed. I’d recommend VisionWorks to everyone.

Very pleasant staff. Quick and efficient.
I was just there, and one of the guys didn't understand that due to my nearsightedness, I have to be in a kids frame, and he tried to get me into adults. When, I kept reminding him about it, he was upset and had someone else help me out. She was very nice and helped me out beautifully. Going to a better location next year. Highly disappointing. Zero stars from me. Never coming back.
