I moved into Empire Village apartments in Pasadena, TX in April 2009 and signed a 1 year lease but only lived there until July 2009. This place is like a roach motel..literally..there is millions of roaches and plenty of mice and rats to go alone with them..so nasty and gross, one of my neighbors toddler was put in the hospital because he had 2 roaches craw into his ear while he was asleep, poor baby now has frequent headaches due to this big problem.also there are really big holes in the parking lots..horrible place to live, i will be gone soon...
