Super awesome staff. Great service on my Freightliner got me back on the road.
Mr Hayder posted that this shop charged $300 for disabling idle shutdown 3 months ago. That’s just a parameter change on the software, isn’t it. How do you get away with fleecing people like this. At most, it would be a 15 minute job in the parking lot. There’s no shame with this type of outrageous over charging customers.

Customer service for repair need to learn how to respect customers i talked to him about idle shutdown he asked for 300$ i was negotiating with him about the price he take my check in paper and said if you dont want to do it fine come on man is this how you deal with customers he was white dude with beard and glasses
