Customer service for repair need to learn how to respect customers i talked to him about idle shutdown he asked for 300$ i was negotiating with him about the price he take my check in paper and said if you dont want to do it fine come on man is this how you deal with customers he was white dude with beard and glasses
If I was able to click less then1 star for them I will ould have but, I had to click one to post. This service department here is by far the absolute worst service department in the industry. They are very rude yelling and screaming. In no way shape or form will I ever use this place again!!!
They were very friendly and happy to give me information in regards to my RV
