When I visited Empire Truck Sales, I was warmly welcomed by the dynamic duo, Tanisha and Tammy! They were the most upbeat and enthusiastic people I've ever met. They guided me through every step of the process with such professionalism. At one point, a truck was blocking my trailer, and Tanisha said, “I’ll be right back.” When she returned, she had my trailer ready to go! Wasted 2 days and $3000 for them to only bandaid the issues. I returned and was berated by Tammy for parking off to the side instead of getting inline. Dealerships use to be where you went if you wanted things done right and quickly, albeit for more $$. Those days have passed. Now they’re just money traps and treat drivers like peasants. They got a star for coffee and WiFi and a star for giving me a ride to the motel in a downpour.
