Approximately three weeks ago my wife brought one of our cars there because her right rear tire was losing pressure. A few hours later she came home with a bill for $1124.23, of which $823.26 was for labor. I read the bill and all the jobs that they supposedly performed were completely unnecessary. I hope this post helps others when buying a vehicle from Empire Toyota Empire(Huntington, **). In September 2022 my 68 year old mother was making her first brand new vehicle purchase and unfortunately decided to use this dealership. Due to my residence being in ******* I was only able to be on the phone to make sure she wasnt overcharged by what I call junk protection asset protection and/or incentives. On my transaction in January of **** I did purchase a 2019 ***** Civic with ****** miles on it. Repeatedly I did tell the salesperson I did not want to finance more than ****** and I was going to put $7,000 down. I was never notified the price of my vehicle which came out to ****** with taxes and fees and I wound up financing $12,000. The paperwork was hurriedly passed before me and I didn't realize how much the car was until I received a notice from Toyota financing of the amount of my car in total was $24,000. Absolute worst car buying experience ever! I dealt with a sales rep by the nam of sham who was extremely unprofessional! Firstly I went here Friday June 3rd left a deposit on a car and was told it was being delivered in literally 5 minutes. After waiting an additional 30 minutes I had to leave. Said Id pick it up that Monday because I was working all weekend. This review has been a long time coming, I finally decided to post because Im still annoyed about my experience. Two years ago I went into this dealership to purchase a new 4 Runner. My wife and I Were trading in a car and paying cash for the new truck.
