I was very disappointed with the alignment and tire rotation service. I noticed that the front left tire was moving to the rear. The issue is that I had never heard any noise from the front left before, but after the service at this dealership, I now hear a loud noise. When driving over 55 mph in my 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid, it feels like I’m driving a motorcycle due to the vibration and sound although the service fees were taken high. Henry (Ming) Chung was the sales consultant we worked with. He was sincere and knowledge, along with Imran Khan, the sales manager, they were able to resolve our issues quickly and efficiently. We came home with a 2025 Camry and most likely will go back again if we need another Toyota.
