Bought a used truck from Empire and they were wonderful to work with. They put the truck up on a lift for us to look at the underside and even put a second truck on the lift for us to compare to. Overall, service was great and the people were wonderful to work with.
I had a great experience working with George at Empire. My entire deal for a new RAV4 PHEV was done over email until the delivery. George was professional and a great help. If there is ever another chance for me to deal with George and Empire, I will definitely do it again. I was glad to take a 2+ hour drive to close the deal.
The worst service you can get in Toyota dillerships. Absolutely not competent
