In November 2021, this dealership ran an unauthorized credit application when I told them multiple times via email that I only wanted to place a deposit on a vehicle. I have the email conversations and text screenshots to prove this. I was asked sensitive information but told it was going to be used for a deposit. We did not discuss a credit application. Their service department is excellent, especially James, he goes above and beyond for his customers. In fact, the whole department does. I plan on buying a new RAV4 in 2026, and I will definitely be shopping with Empire when I do.
