I must say that I am often hesitant to give a bad review, but this company has provided THE WORST customer service that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have had 2 no-call/no-show appointments, had my appointments pushed out two weeks due to their error of double-booking appointments, had faulty flooring sent to my home to be installed which didn't end up getting put in (thanks to the awesome contractor they had sent!), and then charged another almost $200 dollars when I had to reselect a new flooring!!! Empire was fast and efficient! The installers were friendly and did an amazing job on my stairs and in my loft area. I would 100% use them again in the future for my flooring needs.
