I had a very disappointing experience with Empire Today. The work was not completed as promised, and the quality of the flooring was below expectations. Communication was poor throughout the process, and it was difficult to get timely updates or responses. The installation was delayed, and even after completion, there were issues with LVP, uneven boards, gaps, poor finishing. For the price paid, the service and results were unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to others.

This is a update for our installation. We had had nothing but pro lems with the lament flooring installed. My wife has got the runaround trying to get some issues resolved. The flooring sample we agreed to does not match what was installed. It's apparent this is a manufacturing issue. Stay tuned my wife has had to escalate this to the installation manger. I can not recommend this company, unfortunately. The salesman was nice and the work (for new carpet and luxury vinyl flooring) was scheduled fairly quickly. However, the sample shown during the meeting with the salesman does not match what was unstalled into our home. The color is fine and the wood patterning is fine, but the sample was smooth except for a few small divots near the wood knot.
