This is the second time i have used Empire Carpets. They were nothing less than perfect. Larry was communicative with the orocess and the carpet guys were efficent and knew what they were doing. Highly reccomend!!
Brandon was excellent, his customer service was great, explained everything answered all our questions. I have 2 more estimates, the price was a bit more that we were expecting. But we will take considering the service you provide. We will let you know .
My floors beveled up. They came out in July 2024. Terrible job. I had pergo flooring put in 20 years ago no problem. Then then guys came and made a mess. I hope they can repair for free. I want to see more of my room for potentional problems. They hired a guy on drugs who came late
