Sales experience was great - despite the high price, which we accepted because we wanted our carpet installed ASAP. The quality of the install and warranty service has been abhorrent. Install happened in July 2023. Warranty claim 1 was serviced in November 2023 because our sales person did not inform us that we needed to provide a trim to secure the carpet to the doorway. Our sales representative, Donna, was very helpful in getting us exactly what we needed. I highly recommend asking for her for your next flooring project. Edit: The baseboards are delaminating and the stair nose was installed wrong and broke leaving nails sticking out of the floor. Empire won’t do anything to fix it. Even with their warranty they are extremely unhelpful.
