I made the mistake of being talked into their pet carpet. Within a year the carpet began coming up. I have carpet that is over 20 years old and never had a problem with it. The second issue was that the chemicals used to keep the pet stains from going into the rug began to get sticky and it is almost impossible to get the Dysan vacuum to move over these sticky areas . This carpet is only 4 years old and I will have to replace it soon. I think Empire today wants a quick sale and they don’t stand up for the products they sell.... read more
