Carpet not properly installed, they came out to stretch it and it’s rolled up again a month later due to not properly installing from the beginning. They stated they are unable to stretch the carpet out and fix the roll up due to it being over a year since insulation and failed to fix it the first time when the carpet was under warranty. Would not use again.
I would not recommend working with this company. If you have an older home be warned they will not do anything to protect your investment. I had whole house failure and learned their LVP floors have absorbed moisture and water from a slow slab leak we located. Had they placed the vapor barrier like most other reputable flooring companies we might have been able to save our floor. We are now out the original cost $10k plus another $10k to repair.
