Javier and Mateo were amazing detail oriented professionals. My only complaint was someone cracked the ceramic tile in the bathroom during the floor removal and although they said they would report it, I haven’t received a call from anyone.
I was very pleased with the service provided by Empire Today. The team was professional and friendly.
I used Empire 11 months ago for a carpet and hardwood floor installation. The original contractor who did the job is the reason for this review. I shopped around and Empire was inexpensive than most competitors. However, you pay for what you get. They contract with contractors to install your flooring. So, you do not know who you are getting.
