The good - they installed carpet and flooring and for the most part it “works”. At least the carpeting works but the flooring had some issues which took a while to reveal themselves. The bad - If you go with them DO NOT buy any sort of service plan from them. You might as well put money into Dogecoin as their warranties are completely worthless and a total lie and scam. I had a great experience with Empire. Both the estimator and the installers arrived on time. They were all exceptionally nice to work with. The floors were installed quickly and look great!

I would discourage anyone and everyone from using Empire Floorining to install any flooring (carpet, LVP, engineering hardwood) in their home. I have experienced nothing but problems trying to have them honor their warranty agreement. We had them install carpet and hardwood floors in our home. The installations were poorly done, the material for the hardwood floors are fading and the carpet is bunching up in certain areas.
