Had an appointment for Friday, they called and said they had to delay because of rain. Told them there was 0% chance of rain Friday and that they should come and install the carpet. Friday rolls around and no one shows up. We call them and they said the appointment still for next week. So they ignored us, delayed our installation and then started not answering the phone when we asked to speak to a manager. 100% don't use them for your carpet needs
Had an appointment set up for 9 to 11 on a Wednesday. All confirmed and no one showed up or called. I called them and they said no one was assigned to my appointment. Very very poor customer service DO NOT USE THEM
