David Homsi from Empire Today visited my home today to provide a quote for kitchen flooring. He walked me through all the flooring types and available options in detail. We ultimately decided to go with wood flooring. David was very courteous and clearly explained both product choices and payment options. It was a great experience overall, and we’re planning to have the installation done within a week.
The rep came in the time frame arranged. He was helpful and NOT pushy.
Great service from start to finish. Sales rep and installers were very professional and helpful.
Installation was fine. However, the strong odor from the off-gassing gave everyone in the house a headache. I would have like low VOC carpet offered to me.
