No call no show for the sales people.
Don't do it! They are great until you have a problem. If you do, good luck getting in touch with anyone. I was on hold for 26 minutes....and nothing! I got on line and filled in the section where someone will call you back NOW. That was 2 weeks ago and NOTHING! Just terrible service, now I have carpet with ripples and an obvious seam, and I guess I'm out of luck.
