Guy came to give me a quote on two different projects. Looked at my kitchen and told me they couldn’t do the job. So in the end I got no quote and just a waist of time. I never heard of a company that installs floors and can’t to a subfloor along with it!
If possible, I’d give them a zero- star! No show! Don’t waste your time, not even on the phone. I took the day off from work to meet with them. Then they have the nerve to cancel an hour before the allotted time window. So we rescheduled, we thought why not give them a second chance? Another mistake. This time they didn’t even give us a courtesy call. Just stood us up. For anybody shopping around, take this friendly advice and don’t waste your precious time with this company!
