Bob Cody came by appointment to our home today. We had an excellent experience with him. Great explanation of Empire and what they stand for. We look forward to our install and another great experience. The installers did a great job! Flooring was an excellent match to our existing tile

Working with Empire carpet is an experience I did not expect. Mr. Warren Waller was knowledge and courteous,. He took the time to explain the sample collections without fumbling so I could make an informed decision. He was also very patient even when I changed sample multiple times. He allow me to make my decision without pressure. I needed to see more samples and he wasted no time in returning to his car to show me samples.
