Ive purchased carpet twice, 1st time for bedrooms, 2nd for living and dinning. I was pleased with installation for the bedrooms, however, the installation for the living & dinning rooms were drastically disappointing. Apparently, empire used some other installers (contractors) who measured my carpet outside on the street then brought this carpet inside my home. The carpet continues to ball up/unravel, etc. I complained later to the customer service, but I was told "thats how they measure & cut the carpet if its too large to ... read more
