Can you give zero stars? They have been no-shows for 5 installation appointments. We paid for the carpet upfront and may never get it. Avoid this company at all costs.
Bunch of cheater work there. When they came to provide me an estimate, they told me 10 years warranty for carpet. The carpet looks really carppy now after three years and I called them to inspect it. They told me that you have to pay for everything even coming to inspect it. Never ever go there, bunch of losers work there.
I called 5 times to confirm installation they lied each time and confirmed. I called a 6th time and was told no installer had been assigned. They rescheduled for 2 days out, called to confirm, again no installer had been assigned. I canceled for a refund of the deposit. Empire is garbage, I'd rather pay more and deal with a reputable company than to keep wasting my time with this GARBAGE company.
