Great experience all the way around, Brian and crew did an awesome job on my F-150. Added custom wheels and tires, appreciate the customer service,scheduling, follow up and all-around atmosphere at Empire Tire... I will definitely be back
DO NOT COME HERE FOR BRAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely terrible service they had my car for a week for my rear brakes. Had to pay 500 dollars and my brakes were still screwed up. Had to go to the dealership to get my car repaired from what empire screwed up. AND IT COST AN EXTRA 350 TO FIX WHAT THEY DID WRONG
What can I say great family owned business very professional,great service and prices,they treat every customer with the most upright respect and their very honest people to do business with I should know been a customer for 30yrs I even started my automotive mechanical career with them in the late 80's worked there for about 3yrs
Racist with bad customer service. My experience was horrible and shameful. I am sure that the young mans name was Brian. He was very unprofessional and rude for nothing. Every paying customer should be treated the same but with this business I don't think it's going to happen!
Best in the business hands down. Brian and his team are always there to put the customer first and treat you and your car with care. I don't buy tires anywhere else and won't ever need too. Class acts.
Great service, honest and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this place.
