I've been in the Interior Design Industry for 16 years now. I have been sending customers here for the last 10. I had previously been sending customers to Anaheim to choose tile, however once I discovered Empire there was no reason. They have everything you see down in Anaheim in one place. The staff is friendly and the owner and his daughter know more about their products and installation than anyone I've ever met in the industry. The girls that work here are so helpful. Everyone knows what their talking and they all help with design. Not to mention the selection they have is larger than any tile store I have ever been to. I will never shop for tile anywhere else!!

I was more than pleased with this store. The people are friendly and they have more products than you can ever imagine.
took them a few days longer than they said to get our tile but overall I was surprised at how easy they made it. the sales girls will walk around with you for hours and when I couldn't make a decision they offered to come to my home if it would be easier. the only salesMAN there talks way to much but the girls are so helpful.
I had so many questions and these people knew everything. My husband would have ruined everything if we wouldn't have asked some of the questions we did. The people are amazing, the selection is amazing, their knowledge is amazing. Only tile store I will ever shop at. Period.
I completely agree with these reviews. They are so great. They are so knowledgeable and their boss is like a walking encyclopedia. If you need ANY source of information they will be there to provide it for you...even if they don't sell it...they will tell you exactly where to get it and even call ahead and check stock for you. THIS STORE HAS SUCH A MASSIVE SELECTION AND THE SALES PEOPLE ARE SOME OF THE FRIENDLIEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET IN A RETAIL STORE. I WAS SO INDECISIVE AND THE SALES GIRL WALKED AROUND WITH ME FOR 3 HOURS HELPING ME WITH COLOR AND DESIGN IDEAS FOR MY BATHROOM, KITCHEN AND DINING AREA WHILE KEEPING IT UNDER MY BUDGET. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS GREAT PRICES, INCREDIBLE SELECTION AND IMPECCABLE SERVICE
