Very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Neil England is an insanely talented artist. I had a redo of an old tattoo that was poorly done. Only had one session so far and it's already above and beyond my greatest expectations. I went to several other artist prior and they all said there was nothing they could do to make it look good. Neil tackled it without a second of hesitation. Still have two more sessions, so I can only imagine how incredible it's going to look when completely done.
The best in Boston. Period. The best tattoo crew in the north east!
