Farid was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the car I bought and guided me through the process patiently. If you go to Empire Subaru ask to work with Farid. He is a gem!
Read the reviews! Then walk away! Several reviewers pointed out that this dealership applies arbitrary charges of $2200 that they tack on to the listed selling price. I assure you that it doesn't stop there. In addition to the arbitrary $2000+ charges, they will add another $1250 if you are not a NY state resident. The only people that inquire about cars listed for sale at this dealership are people that are not aware that the advertised price understates the purchase price by thousands of dollars.
My wife and I leased a Forrester with the help of Christian and it was a pleasant, low pressure process in a comfortable environment. We were also given a great deal on our lease. I can see why this dealership has such strong reviews.
Farid was great and made our purchase a seamless experience. If you go to Empire absolutely ask for Farid!!!
