They take way too long to load. The office staff would be better with new personnel.
The security are very nice, the loaders are quick, but the ones that ruin everything are the ones at the office. They take forever, and they completely ignore you, very rude experience, they refuse to help you at all.
Cops were called on my truck that was trying to pick up here. When he was finally let in, he waited for 2 hours to be loaded. Then the workers claimed they do not have the material for his load, and was sent away. Big waste of time, and the facility is filled with workers who are rude and ignore you. I advise to not load here. If you are not colored, you are not welcome.
