This place is so unprofessional!! When I gave them feedback as to why I didn't continue care with them, they sent me a discharge letter via email, indicating they tried to help me and recommended I follow up with my primary doctor. How ridiculous! the whole reason I contacted them was because I already spoke to my primary doctor about my symptoms ,and I needed to get evaluated for my memory problems, instead.
