Just to alert everybody that posted on here, they are always going to be late! They do multiple pickups, usually two or three going in the same direction. Obviously a Medicaid violation. I used to work here and they don't treat the drivers that much better. Clearly, everyone should stay away, there are other companies around the island that are 10 times better.
Waiting for 2 hours now
Came to my house and I canceled they called me and hung up on me very rude
Driver called the night before to confirm and came off as rude. The next morning the driver never showed and did not even call to let me know. Never been treated this way before. Use a different company. The people that work here do not like Americans.
Unable to call their number saying “announcement: there is no one to pick up your call”. If only I could put zero star. So bad. Patients are waiting for hours.
