This company makes it impossible to talk to a live person. They can not get their billing correct but expect you to pay late fees when they delay the statements! They send statements to the wrong address, have the wrong phone number but expect you to pay for their mistakes.
I am an owner in Black River subdivision and we had a proxy meeting today to vote and was not allowed into the meeting because we were trying to get rid of this company. Can someone explain why Brad closed the door in 3 people’s face this morning????
