Very poor customer service! I wanted to respond to your comment but there was no way to do so. So I'm responding here. Maybe you can have another employee available for your customers who needed to get into their storage unit when needed. Not everyone can get to their storage units during the week.
Not much to say except for is convenient and the price is right. The place is well kept and the staff is very nice.
