The info was not clear and I didn't continue with lease. They charged my card and promised refund. That was 2 days ago. liars and thiefs
Facility is clean, well-maintained and secure. A++ But, the real star is on site-manager Natalie. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Called Shield Storage on Empire ahead of time to reserve a place and the property manager, Natalie, had the spot all set and the paperwork ready to execute. Natalie has always been friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed working with Michael again after getting to know him over the last couple summers. Only suggestion would be to repaint the parking slots to better see the boundaries of each parking spot.
Too pricey. I walked in one day 2 months ago and thought I'd be paying around $55/month per the website advertisements. However my bill is now $87/month for the smallest unit they have.
