I am immensely grateful to Ron Levesque. My heart and soul are filled with such joy due to my new deck. He is truly a blessing! For years, I reached out to various individuals who either did not respond or visited to assess the situation but failed to follow up with a quote. I secured 5 estimates to replace our deck. My initial and subsequent contact was with Juan Ramon, who was professional, personable, and whose communication with me prior to and once we had selected Empire Roofing and Restoration for the project was excellent, the primary reason we chose this company. We were offered a fair, reasonable price, the staff who completed the project were outstanding, and they completed it in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Juan, his staff and Empire Roofing.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Austin, the evaluator, was professional and went above and beyond to get the issue resolved despite being out of warrant. The technician did a fantastic job quickly fixing the problem. The office staff was very professional and ensured that everything was handled promptly. I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received.
