Juan was great to work with. I appreciate the quick turnaround time in addressing the issue of rain coming into my home from the roof due to a small detachment. Juan's use of technology allowed him to quickly identify and resolve the problem. Even though I was not informed in advanced that the team was in route, the team worked fast and efficiently. Juan Ramos and his team worked quickly to repair my home where I had water leaking through a crack in my brick. Everyone was very professional and kept me informed through the process - from the estimate to the finished product, I am very pleased !
