I had to follow up multiple times for updates, and the final result did not meet the expectations that were set. Overall, I would not recommend their services based on my experience.
It was a pleasure dealing with Nassa and his professional team. They provided honest guidance, and up front pricing. Nassa was able to work with our schedule and book us in when it suited us. On the day, the team were prompt, arrived on time, and did a great job. Our roof looks fantastic.
Empire Roofing did an outstanding job on my recent roof restoration. Nassa and the team not only fixed the leak around my skylight — they completely replaced the tray and corrected its angle to ensure it’s fully leak-proof.
