Might want to reconsider continuing employment for whoever was driving the silverado 2500 in Hickory thinking he was getting cut off and then decides to do a burnout afterwards in the ross parking lot. Sure made a great impression for the company while doing that in the work truck with your logo on it 🤦♂️🤣
I may still leave a detailed review, but I think the attached email says it all. Although I'm not really sure what he is threatening. I signed a contract with them saying that in my insurance paid for my roof, I have to use them. So if he could send a letter, wouldn't just harm his company? This was all brought about because the PA that they recommended charges 30% and one that I found charges 20%.
