Food was very limited in selection, sushi was very limited as well, service was sub-par. Definitely wont be returning anytime soon.
I am personally there at least 2-3 times a month. I filled my stamp card and got my gift certificate. I absolutly love the fact that we have decent sushi and Japanese in Cecil.

I noticed Empire opening on a trip to WalMart once, and decided to stop in and get some food and sushi for myself and the wife. After eating there once, Ive never eaten at another chinese restaurant since. The food is amazing, with gourmet chefs that will do culinary art on some dishes for dine-in meals. The sushi is incredible, the best Ive ever had with very large rolls and cuts of fish. The staff is very friendly and quick to serve, very attentive to the customer. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Finally a restaurant that brings more than the usual take out. The food is always fantastic and the service is always quick and friendly. A must try if you are in the area. Some of the best sushi around with large cuts of fish.
Best of both worlds! This restaurant offers authentic and delicious Chinese & Japanese cuisine. The staff is very courteous and service is prompt. Dine in or carry out.
