Tell your realtors that a new roof doesn’t mean a mostly new roof with two rot spots (that are going to cost thousands of dollars to fix)that were never even touched. (Old roof still remaining) He should have known because he was a realtor for seller and buyer.
Jerome Davis is denying people who vouchers can cover the rent if not even more then what’s listed because no section 8 which is illegal based on fair housing act ! I would be sure to get them informed on the rules of fair housing act before confidently denying tenants who have vouchers which isn’t okay even other property management’s agree that’s not legal at all but Rochester housing will be dealing with this issue if your property isn’t getting rented this 9/10 why ! Denied us from renting because we had a voucher keep in mind where in college and are voucher can cover what is being asked but still said no I’m speaking with my housing specialist about this and she is gonna report it
