Lisa Kennedy is a deposit thief. She had our trash cans removed from the property over a month before the lease expired. She then charged me $200 for the few bags of trash I had no choice to leave behind. She had repairs done to "bathroom and sink" drains for $200 that did not have any issue when I was living there. RecommendedWe’ve worked with Lisa since 2013. She helped us find our first house and had incredible patience with our picky selfs. She was always available after the sale if we had any questions or needed guidance. When it came time to PCS Lisa came to our aide and walked us through the rental process.
