A friend let us use their condo for vacation. Unfortunately we misplaced the keys when we were at the pool. We went to Empire management office to ask for help to see if anybody turned in the keys.Justine was at the office and she called around and texted a few people for us but didn’t have any luck at the time. INVESTORS BE WARNED. Very unprofessional behavior. This company was hounding me after I requested more information using a hard sell tactic. After I told this company I was going with a competitor whom I received multiple positive referrals for and has an investor friendly fee structure this guy proceeded to harass my wife and I for half the night trying to argue with our decision.
