I had a wonderful experience with Empire Property Management Group. Their customer service is exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone in the Albany area.

Prompt communication and action. Thorough and fair. Easy to deal with. Ensures properties are well maintained.
They have signs on the building I was going in but the parking isn't for the building apparently and the guy thought I was stupid for being confused. It just says Empire property parking... Key tip: the public doesn't know what that means. Others, like my self, will probably assume you own the taco place since your sign is literally on their building. If you can't make an effective sign and then hire management that treats the public that way then I doubt you're competent in other ways.
Been living here for several years and the management companies right across the street and very helpful with anything that I need.
