Worst management ever. Astrid has it in for me she even goes around telling my neighbors that she doesn't get along with me what kind of a manager does that. She's just mad that I got hurt here in the apartments because other negligence I had a fire extinguisher fall into my foot the ambulance came and got me from here the housing did not have a cover and I was sweeping and it fell . she refuses to give me insurance information so I could take care of my foot she wants me to sue them she says. Leasing agent Sergio García assisted me so well to make these mine and my sons home I love living here due to it being a quiet community and very spacious and nice apartments and i love that they have a little playground for my son to play in he loves it.
From the front office, to the maintenance guys, the staff is the most respectful caring people I have dealt with in an apartment complex. Extra thumbs up to the maintenance guys for all the properties they have to maintain and work orders they handle on a daily basis, Great job guys. Astrid Jessica and Seegio are 3 wonderful people that run the office and make sure their tenants are well taken care of. If you dont live on an Empire Property, you're not living right
We lived there for about 18 months. I loved our remodeled 2 bedroom. The management team is the best. We were really sad to leave.
Always place to live been there for 2 years great staff and enjoy living here
