The owner of Empire Pool & Spa, Mike Witcher, wrote up a contract and everything for completing a hot tub. After taking months he finally poured the concrete and that was the last I saw of him. He wouldn't answer my phone calls or emails. He basically ran off with our money and we haven't seen him since. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am hoping something will come of it.
I see the owner wrote his own review !!!! He ripped off a young couple on the west side of town. Never pulled a permit for the job took their money and never finish the job . Call Spencer 777-2635
