A full bar including 8 beers on tap, two giant HDTVs and a mix of music throughout the restaurant including the on the patio. Late night - cheese or pepperoni slices of pizza through the front window until 3am Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

I waited over an hour and eventually left without my food, even though I'd only seen about 20-30 people order in that hour. Like the second a few consecutive groups show up at a time, this place falls to shit. It looks like a New York pizza joint but they don't scale their service nearly as well. They somehow don't get pizza out in Tucson. Like not SF, not NY, Tucson. Had an awful experience, never getting empire pizza again. Placed an order, they usually take a little while to make pizza and wings but after 1 hour 30min I called to see if there was an issue with the pizza or delivery. They let me know that the driver just left minutes ago, I wasn't upset at this point, I've always had great experiences with empire. 40 minutes go by, yes 2 hours later, I call to cancel my order and get a refund, they were surprised the driver never made it, they gave me a refund and said if he ever makes ... read more
When bartenders flat out ignore customers, this is highly unacceptable. Good way to have customers take their service elsewhere. Utterly ridiculous.
Can't say somebody will be with you in a minute or say if you go to the register in the bar someone can help you. Never seem to have pie by the slice I want.
