Then they say ten days and then they say wait for the proudcts to work while you are still being bit. The products they give you for self help will BREAK and not be replaced. Then the owner will come to your house with his products and stare at you and tell you your problem is not his. he will take his tank filled with chemicals back to his vehic... read more
Empire Pest Control is HORRIBLE Horrible experience!! Owner/technician arrived for visit, toured my house and proceeded to deliver a lecture on why/how house was built incorrectly. If I dared to ask questions, he became irritated and claimed I wasn't listening. He wandered around the property, re-filled a few rat bait stations, and proceeded to charge me nearly $200. for the visit. When I protested the high price for brief visit, he claimed that was for all four floors of the house. The problem was, he had not even been on t... read more
