My name is Pavlo and I stayed with Ascot Arms for 2 years. Everything was great. Management and maintenance, guys are amazing. They doing theirs job great. I love that place, quite and piece, warm and comfortable. I’d like to especially thank to Maria Devera.
Great management! Have had no issues for the past 6 yrs.
Barbara Vargas is a cleaner in the maintenance department and Maria Devera is an administrator and they are wonderful people who both go above and beyond what they are asked to do.
It is good place to stay. Very nice apartment with perfect maintenance and friendly management. It has gym with well maintained equipments. Has indoor parking as well. Really love this locality.
Maria & the team have been amazing at the Southgate office. They are very approachable & empathetic with any issues that come up in our apartment. There's always a lot of effort towards keeping our environment clean and a yearly maintenance check to keep things working smoothly. It's an awesome community to live in. I'm always happy to refer any family to Empire.
