I love the atmosphere of this place, and the people that come in and work at Empire are always positive and want to know their customers on a personal level. The teas and shakes are delicious! I suggest the Pink Drink tea!

Staff was rude, and more concerned with the regular customers rather than gaining a new one. When my wife asked to add an ingredient to a tea, the staff member proceeded to annoyingly questioned the additional ingredient. The product tastes great, the customer service can use some work.
