I recently brought my 2017 Rouge here for service. The seat heat on the driver's side was randomly turning on. I received a call from them stating that there was a leak from the sunroof and that the carpets in the car were sopping wet and full of mold. Three people in my family drive that car and not one of us ever felt the wet rugs or smelled mold.
