Beware Nissan vehicle owners. If you receive a recall notice from THIS dealership, check Nissan HQ's website first that there is an actual recall for your car make and model. Their customer service is hyperbole and 100% bait and switch. If you respond like I did to the recall notice I received from THIS dealership in the mail, thinking it was a legitimate cause for concern, prepare yourself. I had a lease to be returned, I made called to many Nissan dealerships in the area to return the Car. Bay Ridge Nissan said to come Will take the return car.. When we arrived at Bay Ridge Nissan, We got a story after a story, run around after around.. they lied to us.. They didn't accept the return lease, cause it was not lease thru Bay Ridge Nissan and I wasn't going to enter it new lease or purchase vehicle immediately.. 6 months to 1 year, we will be looking to purchase a vehicle..
