Spent the whole afternoon with Donna; she was very patient with me, a person who hates making a decision. I asked to drive at least 5 different cars, 2 at another location. She was friendly and upbeat the whole time. I ended up buying a car that wasn't even on my list
I worked with Lisa Robinson and she was great. She went above and beyond to help me with a vehicle that I was looking at. Unfortunately we couldn't come to an agreement on price when it went to management/finance she was a pleasure to work with.
I had the pleasure of working with Lisa, she was great, explained everything throughly and what my best options are as I am currently just shopping around.

I called before showing up to express interest in one of their vehicles. I specifically stated that I was about an hour away and wanted to speak finances over the phone to avoid an unnecessary trip, note that this would have been a great time to mention their hidden fees. The rep I spoke with reassured me that they can offer over $5,000 of the KBB trade in value and that it was best to just come in. We came in and everyone was nice and we loved the car.
