Giving them 1 star only so I can leave this review. I would give them 0 if possible. I went in for a soak off & it was the worst experience ever. I her in there & from the start the guy is super rough cutting down my acrylic. Then all of a sudden he gets up and tells me to go to someone else’s station. I get to the next person he is even more rough drilling the nail.He tried to take my acrylic that wasn’t even lifiting off with a fake nail. I absolutely love getting my nails done at Empire Beauty Nails & Spa! My nail tech Vira is AMAZING. Every time I show her a picture, she matches it exactly, sometimes even better. My nails always come out clean, leveled, and never bulky. She pays attention to detail and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. I love this nail shop! The customer service is always amazing from the moment you walk in. My favorite nail techs are Vira and Rocky, they always make me feel comfortable and they get my nail sets perfect every single time. Vira is so sweet and always comes through with creative designs and Rocky is my go-to for clean, solid styles that never miss. The entire shop has such a welcoming vibe and the other staff are just as friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend!
