Awful service, as soon as you walk in they start looking you up and down and talking shit not knowing that you can understand them. I advise my people of a certain color to go elsewhere because the staring and cackling is them talking about you. They don’t like the people in the area but want your green dollars! My advice go elsewhere. They don’t do that great of a job anyway, I only came because I was pressed for time.
The only reason I gave 2 stars is because chau is the best. As for Leo he is very unprofessional his tone of voice and attitude could be better. I gave him a tip he didn’t even say thank you. He doesn’t even give you a price break down just tells you a number I got the same service second time was higher. If you want a good pedicure check out chau. I will not be spending my money here no more though
Clean and the people were nice. They offered something to drink. I would go again my feet feel wonderful.
I wish I can give 0 stars truly. The individual who provided me service was so rough with grabbing my feet, removing gel polish (which actually cut the inside of my nail bed) and very lazy within the whole service. I mention to him serval times on the roughness and he totally ignored me. After receiving the service and paid, he never proceeded to complete the full job as there are places on 3 of my toes that you can visibly see and places that’s my nail had excess polish on them.
